Eacomms

Anthony Phillips established Euro Asia Communications (eacomms) in 2001, having previously managed IATA Crisis Communications, a Geneva-based consultancy training senior airline executives in crisis communications, and prior to that establishing major Asia-based air transport communications agency, Message Management. Through eacomms, Anthony performed the role of Regional Communications Representative for Airbus across Asia until the end of 2007. Activity was concentrated on media, industry and customer relations for the A380 Superjumbo throughout its development programme and eventual entry into service with Singapore Airlines. Other Airbus highlights during the period were the launch of A340 ultra long-range services to the United States and the huge expansion of A320 fleets with the new wave of Asian Low Cost Carriers. Additional eacomms clients have included Air Astana, Arianespace, Association of Asia Pacific Airlines, Asian Aerospace, Royal Brunei Airlines and Singapore Airlines Cargo.
